Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, aircon, television and sun terrace having stunning views over the golf course and the sea. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with twin beds and aircon and the conservatory is the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and aircon. Both bedrooms are served by a separate family bathroom. Hairdryers are available in both bathrooms. Pool towels are also provided.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Also a large lounge/ dining room to cater for up to 6 people. To the front of the villa, there is a large patio area with table, chairs and loungers fronted by a hedge giving maximum privacy. Sun blinds are fitted to the upstairs and downstairs patio areas providing respite from the sun.
Televisions are provided in the lounge (55") and upstairs bedroom. TV channels available are BBC1, BBC2, ITV 1, Channel 4, E4, ITV2, ITV3, ITV4, More 4, Sky News and Sky Sports Main Event (on buttons 1 - 11) together with film and documentary channels. Radio stations are also available.
The villa also has free WIFI, a safe, iron and ironing board. Parking is available in the gated car park within the complex behind the villa.
Wyndham Residences is one of several complexes built within an 18 hole PGA standard golf course (Golf del Sur), It is an established resort consisting of 133 luxury villas and apartments, with tropical gardens, heated pool (lifeguard in attendance), crazy golf, keep fit equipment, separate children's pool, kid's play area and a splendid bar and restaurant. There is a mini market on site open from 8.30am to 2.30pm every day for essential purchases. Live entertainment is provided every night either on the stage in the bar area or in the restaurant on cooler winter evenings.
Currency exchange facilities are available in the 24/7 reception or in the many ATM's situated locally.
Golf del Sur is 10 minutes drive from the airport and is within easy walking distance from several bars and restaurants. Nearby is the small coastal village of Los Abrigos, well known for the quality of it's local fish restaurants.
The nearest beaches are at El Medano, Los Christianos and Los Americas. They can be reached by the excellent bus service or by taxi ordered from reception or the local taxi rank.
