A wonderful family villa

As a family of four we had a wonderful weeks holiday here. Our contact David was so helpul and always responded tk our questions promptly. The villa is so well situated with stunning views of the ocean. It is very well appointed and has all the amenities and equipment a family of 4 wilo need. The pool was the icing on the cake and we will be definitely looking to book thus villa again when we return to the wonderful usland if Tenerife.

Gorgeous views of the Ocean

A lovely villa with everything you could hope for. Well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan lounge, decent little garden, lovely pool, and most importantly incredible views of the ocean that you could look at for hours! Nice location, great local walks, and not far from restaurants and bars etc... we all loved it.

It was Perfect was us, the only negative Point was the Camping Van in front of the house disposing their waste in the street one day. But that is simply bad luck having irresponsible camping People. As said a perfect place for a holiday.

Great villa with a fantastic views

Lovely villa. Perfect for a family holiday. Loved the outlook and villa was very well equipped. Only downside were the motorhomes that often parked up beside the villa in the afternoons and stayed overnight. Thankfully this didn’t create much noise. Didn’t put us off booking again in future.

Have stayed here before and love it because of the location. Wonderful views and normally peace and quiet. The upgrades to the villa are very nice. Everything clean and modern inside. The pool area is quite scruffy, but I understand that it is due to be retiled and new outdoor furniture is planned. The Property Manager is fantastic. Responds to and resolves minor issues immediately. The big problem during this stay was the noise from the construction vehicles on the rocky cove and in the cul de sac where the villa is situated. We had construction noise from 0700 to 2000 every day except Sunday. The daily gusty winds blew clouds of dust from the access road over the property, so we were unable to use the pool area a for a large proportion of our stay. While I appreciate the owner has no control over work in the area, I am really upset that we were not forwarned and given the opportunity to change accommodation. The Property Manager did offer us a refund of the portion of our stay if we moved to a hotel, but we were unable to find anything suitable so had to stick it out. We had to go out for a portion of each day to escape the noice and dirt, normally we would spend most of the day by the pool. The situation did ruin our holiday and I believe the owner has a moral, if not legal, responsibility to disclose disruption such as this.

Perfekte Aussicht

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Terrasse mit Pool und dem Ausblick auf den Golfplatz und den Atlantik sind wirklich fantastisch. Genau das richtige zum Entspannen. Und mit einem Leihwagen kann man die weitere Insel erkunden. In diesem Bereich stehen nur kleine HÀuser und keine sechsstöckigen HotelgebÀude. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

A villa with a view

It was so lovely to sunbathe and look at the view. Work was being done to the pathway along by the sea but it didn’t impact on our stay. David was fantastic and we quickly found our way around the local area. There are some areas that need to be updated in the villa, the main bathroom needs a new bath, the second bedroom needs a new bed - the mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was rickety and new chairs are needed at the kitchen table. Overall we had a lovely stay and the two weeks went far too quickly!

The whole process for renting was simple. Very good communications from both David and Cari. The villa was in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea, 2 mins walk. David did mention beforehand that there was a 'digger' parked up and that the local council is in the process of laying a footpath. This didn't spoil anything... the view, even with digger, was wonderful. Américas, Adeje, and Christianos, are all easily accessible, within approx 25-35 mins drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the morning followed by a trip somewhere local. Tried booking again already.... Not available for Xmas though. We will be back :-)

Sehr gute - englische - Betreuung, KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet, ob nun GewĂŒrze o.Ă€. in den SchrĂ€nken ist, hĂ€ngt immer von den Vormietern ab. Alles picobello, Pool ist ausreichend warm (Ende MĂ€rz), der Ausblick wirklich toll. NatĂŒrlich ist es in dieser Ecke tendenziell eher windig und der Flughafen ist auch nah... momentan wird wenig geflogen, von daher kann ich wenig zum FluglĂ€rm sagen.
