Flor was very welcoming and the Canarian style apartment was more interesting than the average apartment. The mezzanine room had a sitting area which was useful as an alternative to the living area & its TV

Best hotel experience in Tenerife

This small hotel is unique in our wide experience travelling all over the world ! Flor, the owner and hostess extrordinare, gave us the best personal welcome ever and made our short stay most memourable. Her knowledge of the locality and best restaurants around the whole island was imparted to us with enthusiasm and no thought for her own precious time. The accommodation was first class and her garden, pool and outdoor lounge areas are a creative wonderland of her own making. Location high in the hills above the town of San Miguel it is isolated, beautiful and relaxing. We will recommend this hotel to our family and best friends .

Attention ce n'est pas un hôtel.

Description mensongère. Pas de réception. C'est sale. Pas de piscine, tout juste un pédiluve. Pas de réception internet. Pas de WIFI. Pas de chauffage. C'est honteux de laisser faire. Paiement en espèces à l'arrivée alors que sur la description, il est annoncé un paiement par carte bancaire à votre départ.

Repetiría sin dudarlo

La única pega que puedo tener es que el jacuzzi exterior y la piscina no estaban disponibles. Pero lo vi normal con el frío que hace por estas fechas. De resto excelente, repetiré en verano seguro.

Appartements mignons loin de tout, service à revoi

Nous avons séjourné dans une des Casas Alberto une nuit. Nous avions réservé car les photos sur le site internet étaient très belles. Malheureusement, il s'agissait des photos de la villa en non du duplex pour 4 dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Le duplex est mignon mais mériterait certainement une amélioration des finitions. De jolies fleurs avaient été placées sur les lits mais nous aurions préféré des serviettes en bon état et non rêches et pleines de trous et la douche est vraiment rustique (d'ailleurs le tuyau était cassé). La piscine n'était pas entretenue et était sale. Le jacuzzi était quant à lui très agréable. Nous avons estime que pour 60 euros par nuit, nous pouvions espérer mieux d'autant plus que les Casas Alberto sont loin de tout en pleine campagne et qu'il y a un certain nombre de chiens qui aboient au passage de chaque voiture ce qui est relativement désagréable. Je crois que nous n'aurions pas été déçus si on ne s'attendait pas à aller séjourner à la villa et je recommande donc de mettre sur le site les vraies photos de chacune des maisons et d'apporter un peu plus de soin aux finitions (notamment la porte d'entrée) ainsi qu'à l'accueil des clients et au linge de toilette.

Et herlig sted

Om en ønsker noen dager i fred og ro, så er dette et perfekt sted. Romantiske små værelser med adskilt soverom og en stue med peis klar til å fyres opp. Det lille sjarmerende stedet ligger oppe i nesten tusen meters høyde over havet, men bare ca kvarteret med bil til strandlivet. Peisen er faktisk bra å ha, i denne høyden kan det fort bli litt kjølig på kveldene. Uteplassen er fantastisk med blomster, solsenger og grill. Både din egen private og fellesområdet med et lite basseng. Solmodne, søte og saftige appelsiner kan plukkes rett fra trærne. Jeg har aldri sovet så godt noe annet sted enn her.

En dejlig oase

Cassas Alberto er en samling hytter et stykke oppe ad sydøens bjergside i landlige omgivelser. En bil er påkrævet, men man kan komme til glimrende indkøbscentre efter kun 5-10 minutters kørsel. En dejlig oase med mange steder, hvor man kan nyde solen og stedet. Appelsinlund og overdækket samlingssted med grill, som dog nok mere er for varmere årstider end januar. Forskellige typer hytter, vores var i gammel kanarisk stil. Vældig hyggeligt, især når der kom godt gang i brændeovnen om aftenen. Tæt på turistbyerne, lufthavnen og Teide. En time fra Santa Cruz . Problemer: i perioder rigeligt med gøende hunde i området.

Génial

cet hotel est une perle rare ! La propriétaire est vraiment cool et gentil. Le jacuzzi est correct et la vue est prenante ! Pour le reste. Vous verrez par vous même. :)
