Beautiful villa with a ocean view on the first line, located in a unique natural and golf area in the south of Tenerife, 150 meters from the ocean. The villa is located in a gated complex with 4 swimming pools in a very quiet place, away from the tourist bustle and noisy discos. In walking distance are restaurants, shops and cafes. At your service 3 badroom, 3 restroom, independent air-conditioning system, dishwasher, terrace with BQ zone and garden with jacuzzi, underground garage.
The house is located in a very quiet private and enclosed residential area, equipped with alarm, video door-phone and electric blinds; a "smart house" with a smart control system. Both floors have independent air conditioning system.
On the ground floor there is an underground garage with a separate entrance to the house. The same floor is equipped with an independent kitchen with modern electric appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), spacious living-dining room, bathroom, furnished terrace, with sun beds, Jacuzzi and a garden area with a barbecue.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a hydro massage bath and another terrace with breath-taking sea views. The house also has a washing machine, iron and iron board, television, air conditioning, hair dryer.
Villa hase a kitchen fitted with the latest household appliances, a spacious dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which - that fitted with a whirlpool bath - is located inside the mani bedroom), and a toilet. Villa is surrounded by own garden and have a terrace und an underground garage. Villa is equiped with an intelligent home management system, a centralised alarm system, and a video entry phone. An independent air conditioning system is avalable on every floor, and the window blinds have a remote control feature. We provide our guests with the opportunity to communicate on emerging issues.

Lovely Villa

The property was great, the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the view out to sea was slightly ruined by temporary portacabins at the entrance to a building site but didn't really affect our enjoyment of the place. The property itself was fabulous! The pool was communal but there was never more than 4 people in it so felt like our own.
