Incredible location - close to everything. Friendly staff, great breakfast and spacious rooms. I'd only add that like most hotels now unfortunately, the washroom door does not provide enough privacy even for the family rooms.

The high light of our stay at Agua Santa was the Staff and people we met. Fernando the owner, was awesome. Gustavo became a friend. Sylvia in the Kitchen was warm and helpful and her meals were great. Many others made us feel like part of the family and made our trip to San Miguel so very memorable.

Great location

The location is excellent and walking distance from Centro. The rooms are pretty basic and slightly rundown. The black bathroom wasn't particularly appealing. Breakfast, cooked to order was fantastic and the view from the rooftop restaurant was lovely. Parking was offered in a lot a block away but we chose to park on the quiet street outside the hotel each night.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of San Miguel. Our room was large and was beautifully appointed. The lobby is lovely and they have a gorgeous rooftop where breakfast is served. We spent evenings on the rooftop and enjoyed the view and the tranquility. Friendly staff.

We had a great time and felt comfortable while being able to get around town easily during our stay. Great art and great services made this boutique hotel feel like a unique and wonderful vacation in San Miguel. Check in was easy. Breakfast on the terrace was scenic and delicious. This hotel checks all the boxes. It's newer (3 or 4 years old) so very pristine yet built in a classic style so it's a perfect combo of old-meets-new. The rooms are very large, the amenities are fantastic, and as with all Mexican hotels in SMA the staff is superlative and very friendly, and accommodating. The rooftop included breakfast is a beautiful way to start the day, as the sun rises and hits the roof. Food is made with great care and is delicious! It's a full meal with fruit, juice, coffee, and a full plate of delicious fresh eggs, beans, chilaquiles, whatever you prefer. I love the build quality of the rooms and furnishings. It's basically a perfect location since it's split between the El Centro and the artist's community of San Antonia. You can easily walk to each. Really, a great find!
