Wonderful staff (they moved me to an inside room-though my initial room had a wonderful view out to the city streets, I knew it would be noisier, so I moved to a room with no view--just a pretty brick wall-- but very quiet. The room itself was spacious, and all the appointments were gorgeous--and plenty of counterspace in the vanity area. A delicious breakfast came with my room. The location was great--just a block or two away from stores and restaurants and a few more blocks to the main church plaza.

Beautiful hotel. Old original building mixed with new materials that complement the old part to give an amazing place to stay. Great attention to detail in the room and wonderful room service; everything you need thoughtfully provided, from shortbread left in the room after the turn down service, to plenty of moisturizer, umbrella - that we didn’t need! - and a quality Nespresso maker, not cheap plastic! We felt very well cared for. We chose the ‘breakfast included’ option and service fluctuated from excellent to a bit hit and miss! One cautionary note: the ‘pool’ is literally a dipping pool/ plunge. Small. Chairs but no shade and they were preparing for an event on the rooftop - which did have incredible city views. Note: there are 2 Casa 1810’s. We stayed in the Park not Centro. We visited Centro -equally a quality hotel or so it looked. But preferred our location a few easy blocks from the center. Thankyou.

Even though the parking is not on the facility, there’s staff took the car to the parking facility. We went during high season. 9/15/25 Staff called to make sure what time we were gonna get there they waited for us at the door-to make our stay pleasant. Great experience would do it all over again.

Pretty sure this hotel is run by a corporation. Compared to other places you could stay in San Miguel, this hotel is more impersonal than most -nice finishes, but loud music playing during the day which you can hear from the room, coffee and food at restaurant were not great at all (feels rather value-engineered). Also the room layout was not good --bathroom was actually located in the bedroom (except for the toilet). Awkward and not private.

Staff was fantastic, especially Aaron who was our server one night and for breakfast. Overall i would have rated them a five but the last night there was party on the terrace and that noise permeated into the room (we were right below the terrace) where we were staying. Music was blaring as well close to midnight. Did not do well for us as we had an early departure.
