This is my second time here, and it’s the most reliable hotel with good value. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to/from centro. They have great amenities (including an elevator, which most hotels here do not have), and a solid restaurant. I’ll only stay here when I need a hotel in SMA.

Room: on the 2nd floor facing front of the building. There was no noises from the street but the squeaking sound of bed and floor from the room above was really noisy. They accomodated the schedule when getting us into the spa. The spa massages were great. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The restaurant needs a revamp. Their food menu was limited. When requesting food items on the menu, they no longer had them making the menu choices so much less. The food was over priced and not great. Their lengua dish was unpleasant.
