The staff was great! The room was impecable. The location unbeatable. The main attractions are steps away. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Be mindful that it is a colonial city, so there will be stairs to get to your room.Everybody was very accomodating. The bed was super comfy and the room very cozy.

Nos dijeron que estaba frente a la parroquia y resulta que según en el edificio frente a la parroquia no estaba la habitación que yo pagué. Que estaba en una calle a la vuelta no tenía vista para ningún lado. Sin papel sanitario sin lugar en la regadera para poner el jabón el shampoo etc.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I always felt safe during my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 😊

Gran problema el estacionamiento, muy lejos , además nos indicaron un precio por el mismo y resultó otro. Las escaleras muy empinadas y dos pisos para subir, ruidoso además, no tanto de la calle si no dentro del mismo hotel. Además hay que caminar con tus maletas una cuadra y subirlas haya tu habitación. La limpieza y el personal son buenos, pero Sinceramente no volvería.

EXCELLENTE

Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio proveído por el Hotel Crisol! Su personal es muy amable y profesional. Contestaron cual quiere preguntas que tuve a cual quiere hora del día! Son muy detallistas y su personal mantuvo mi cuarto muy limpio durante mi tiempo ahí. No me di cuenta pero por la noche había un guardia de seguridad manteniendo seguridad en el Hotel. Es bueno como el hotel está como a 1 minuto de la oficina. Encontré un buen lugar donde quedarme cuando regrese a San Miguel de Allende! Gracias Hotel Crisol por su hospedaje tan bueno y professional!
