Beautiful vintage property based on the revolutionary times. The rooms are outdated however it still is a beautiful place to stay. The food was a little overpriced but you can also pay directly with the property to include the food.

The break feast it’s delicious, you can taste the flavors from the small town. The entertainment guys are amazing, my kids love them. The pool has the perfect temperature. Only hope the kids area had more things to do. But definitely coming back.

A habitaciones limpias, es un hotel rústico con temática de la revolución. El trato de todo el personal es excelente y los días sábados tienen por la noche actividad de fogata y leyendas . El personal es sumamente amable, la habitación amplia y limpia con camas y almohadas cómodas, pero lo que distingue este hotel sin duda son los actores "revolucionarios" que realizan diferentes actividades divertidas donde participa toda la familia. Solo son 2 (antes eran 4) y sin embargo realizan un gran trabajo. Felicidades por conservar el concepto.

El hotel ya está viejo y por la infraestructura el servicio de wifi no llega a las habitaciones. El servicio de restaurante es pésimo y caro, el buffet parece de fonda y como no hay nada cerca, te obligan a comer dentro del hotel. Las recepcionistas parecía que estaban de malas y una pésima actitud. Fuimos en la temporada de calor y las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y menos un ventilador, para el frío te dejan un calentador pero para el calor no te dan nada que te ayude a descansar en las noches. No regresaría

La propiedad es adecuada para las mascotas, solo considero que las habitaciones son pequeñas y la alberca también. El personal te atiende bien, pero como era mucha gente no podían con todos. Los actores son geniales, creo que faltan más actividades en el hotel.

Me gustó la experiencia Revolucionaria y los jardines son muy lindos. El personal tenía excelente actitud de servicio, sin embargo estaba sobrepasado por la cantidad de gente. No lo recomiendo en temporada alta. La alberca estaba desatendida, los huéspedes no seguían el reglamento pero tampoco había algún responsable de la seguridad presente.

La estancia fue tranquila y cómoda, el agua de la alberca tiene muy buena temperatura y al estar techada permite estar un buen rato dentro de ella. Lo único que no me gustó es que en el entorno no hay prácticamente nada.

Al realizar la reservación a través de la aplicación, no se ofrece la opción de “todo incluido”; sin embargo, al llegar al lugar, únicamente manejan esa modalidad o el bufet carísimo y con poca variedad. Las habitaciones no cuentan con acceso a internet ni señal telefónica, y tampoco disponen de servicio a la habitación. Y para 3 personas te dan un shampoo de 2ml y un mini jabón de motel. Las actividades solo se ofrecen durante los fines de semana; entre semana el lugar carece de ambiente y opciones de entretenimiento. Además, el personal es insuficiente para brindar una atención adecuada, y el área infantil no cuenta con ningún tipo de amenidad o equipamiento.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y muy viejas pero limpias. No hay teléfono en las habitaciones lo cual te complica porque si necesitas algo tienes que bajar a recepción. Si reservas en fines de semana forzosamente tienes que consumir buffet (desayuno, comida y cena) no hay alimentos a la carta esos días. Si vas con niños pequeños no es lo más cómodo porque cero comen para un buffet. La alberca es lo bonito de este hotel, es climatizada y techada.
