Beware of using this app. Hotel cancel but kept $

I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com. Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded. In the end, Hotels.com charged a non-refundable full rate.

La propiedad está en buena condición y los cuartos. A excepción del piso del baño del cuarto con Jacuzzi. Lo sentí un poco inseguro. Deberían reemplazarlo. De todo lo demás el cuarto estuvo en buenas condiciones. Muy bonito y limpio. La alberca segun estaba climatizada pero estaba muy fría el agua y no disfrute estar ahí. El desayuno pensé que sería más variado pero solo debes escoger las opciones que ellos te dan. Estuvo rico pero si deberían cambiar esa parte. Y los muebles como las sillas siento que deberían reemplazarlas también. El área del mirador estaban las salas muy sucias con manchas rojas. Fue algo gross. Deberían checar la limpieza o reemplazar algunos de los muebles.

Conociendo San Miguel de Allende

El lugar es precioso, muy elegante y tranquilo. Las personas que lo atienden son muy amables. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos para cualquier necesidad que teniamos. La habitación que nos toco, muy amplia y completa, seguro si tenemos la oportunidad seria al lugar que nos gustaría volver.
