The room and grounds are quite pretty (but note there are no tvs in rooms). One staff member was friendly when we went up to the desk to check in but that’s where service ended. We carried own bags and were the only guests in pool area but it was still very dirty with trash (socks, dirty paper towel, glasses etc) littered around. There was no way to order drinks or food at the pool and we saw no staff the entire time until a cleaning lady circulated the next morning. Also 5km from SMA so no walking options for food and drink. A bit disappointed in the stay and would strongly recommend booking inside city centre.

Todo muy bien. El personal súper atento, las habitaciones están bien, la cama podría ser mucho más cómoda y el baño con acceso directo desde el cuarto. Lo único malo el Restaurante, pero es externo. La comida esta bien, el personal atento, pero un día sí y el otro también no hay algo de la Carta. Podrían hacer un Menú mucho mas sencillo para no complicarse la vida, y claro en que días si hay pizza.

El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, no entra ruido del exterior y la zona donde está ubicado es tranquilo. Es fácil moverse hacia el centro de San Miguel. La única observación es que el agua de la alberca era de aspecto turbio y verdosa, por lo que sería recomendable darle mantenimiento y tratamiento. En nuestro caso, no era severa la suciedad sin embargo, sí causa cierta duda el aspecto. La comida es rica, pedimos pizza y papás a la alberca y no tardó, el personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones cuentan con shampoo, crema corporal, toallas y jabón para el cuerpo. Los productos de higiene huelen bastante bien y son de buena calidad. Otro aspecto que se puede mejorar es la señal del internet, ya que se desconecta constantemente o es lento en las habitaciones. En la alberca también llega la señal. Hay agua caliente y se puede regular la temperatura, la habitación tiene buena iluminación, las cortinas no dejan entrar luz y se puede descansar sin problema. Fue una experiencia agradable y sí volveríamos. También vimos a personas con perritos y fue agradable ver que acepten mascotas, es un plus. Gracias por su atención.

La habitación limpia, el personal de recepción como que sin tanta disposición a ayudar, por ejemplo queríamos ver si podíamos extender 1 hora o 2 el check out y su respuesta fue que tiene un costo extra. Sinceramente, no creo que todos pidan quedarse unas horas más. Y la limpieza de los cuartos no la van a hacer en todos los cuartos al mismo tiempo pero bueno

Precio beneficio me parece mal, para no estar ni remotamente cerca del centro, me parece mal NO aire acondicionado, NO tv, NO internet, fui repetidas veces a recepcion para pedir ayuda con el wifi y siempre la respuesta fue no se puede hacer nada, trabajar o ver streaming desde mi Lap fue dificil por no decir imposible.

Excelente opcion

Fuimos a pasar fin de año, estuvimos muy agusto, en la cena hubo un platillo que no fue de nuestro agrado y nos cambiaron de inmediato por otro, excelente servicio lo recomiendo. Hotel para descansar y relajarse. No hay TVs ni telefonos. A pesar que habia calentadores en la cena hacia mucho frio porque fue en el restaurante al aire libre, y tuvimos que irnos pronto.

Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, el baño está diseñado de un modo que pone en peligro de caída, prácticamente no había agua caliente. El área de restaurante sin carta y vacío, muy decepcionante este Hotel, no volveremos nunca.

La estancia en general estuvo bien, el hotel es bonito, tienen todos los protocolos de higiene, el chapoteadero tiene agua calientita y la alberca grande si está un poco más fría, lo único malo es que los autos deben quedarse fuera del hotel porque no tienen estacionamiento bardeado, la atención del personal es buena, estaría excelente que tuvieran restaurante y un bar me comentaron que como el hotel es casi nuevo aún falta esa parte pero te dan desayuno y venden algunas bebidas y snacks por la tarde (estaría muy bien que ampliaran su menú), pero en general todo bien ,es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, aceptan mascotas y el jardín es amplio para que puedan estar ahí, lo disfruté seguro volveré.
