Internet is not existent, it was so bad that the TV couldn’t even connect for us to watch. The frond desk guy was nice, but not informative. I had to ask all the questions that normally are provided to you during the check in process. Their book rule is outdated and contradictory. We are not going back.

I have stayed at this older comfortable hotel several times. It has a lovely Mexican ambiance in the garden pathways and the rooms. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. Ii’s location makes Villa Mirasol a good choice to explore San Miguel

I would stay here again

I have no complaints about the condition of the room or cleanliness. It was spotless. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have trouble navigating those ups and downs, you might ask for a first floor room. I did get help from the hotel personnel in getting my suitcase to my room and back down the day I left. My only major complaint is that the internet is very spotty. It was better in public shared areas, but slow. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but I ate out most of the time, as I have a relative who lives in town. Did I mention that all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful?

Wonderful stay. Delicious full breakfast. Service over and above. I suffered an injury and the staff helped with everything: getting a doctor, medical supplies and medications, extra cash. I felt so cared for at Villa Mirasol. Beautiful, calm setting.

This is our favorite hotel in San Miguel. There are lots of options but this hotel is a pleasure to stay in. The staff are wonderful and make you feel so at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the patios are so beautiful.

Not welcoming or friendly. No wifi or tv. Had to call Front Desk to come help us 4 times with the issue so not relaxing. Asked for a taxi pickup at 6:15am but no one showed up. Ended up calling an Uber. Aside from those issues, the beds were comfy and the shower was relaxing.

Perfect spot

This is a charming comfortable boutique hotel in a great location. Excellent service, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is very good and includes many choices. Very reasonable price. Loved it and the city and will stay here again.

The staff was AMAZING! The location of the hotel was great as everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful, great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Visit and Great Price!

The room was very nice - clean and attractive and the people who run it are fabulous! Since I was traveling solo, I asked and was given great advice on my outfits. They were so helpful and I loved the breakfast. The only thing I would change is having a thick mattress cover and a comforter for the bed- otherwise, it was "the best!"

Villa Mirasol is a beautiful property. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious. The location couldn’t be more perfect. So close to walk everywhere. We felt very safe walking to and from dinner at night. We will stay again when we return. I would highly recommend this hotel.
