Schöne Lage, supergepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist super gepflegt, einschließlich des Pools. Regelmäßig kommt sehr früh morgens jemand zur Pflege des Gartens und des Pools ohne dass er die Urlauber stört. Es gibt verschiedene Plätze draußen zu sitzen, einige mit schönsten Panoramablick. Das Haus liegt einsam hoch am Berg. Im Haus ist alles super sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll fand ich auch, dass alle Fenster Fliegengitter hatten und so nachts keine Mücken gestört haben.

Oase der Ruhe in der Toskana

Das Haus, die Umgebung bittet die Möglichkeit einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Pool mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf San Miniato ist perfekt. Im Hause und auch im Garten ist alles was man sich vorstellen kann.Es liegt mitten in der Toskana und ist als Basis die zu Erkunden super geeignet. Die Eigentümer sehr nett und freundlich. Problemlose Kontakt per Handy, SMS und WhatsApp. Wir sind nach zwei Wochen super erholt abgereist.

schöner Urlaub im FH Lisena

Das Objekt Lisena ist ein schönes, abseits des Trubels inmitten des toskanischen Hügellandes gelegenes Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und die Küche mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt, auch während des Urlaubes (z.B. Wäschewechsel usw) Das Anwesen ist wunderschön - schöner Garten, toller Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Nichts spricht gegen einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Immer wieder!

Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in Balconevisi, und es fühlt sich jedes Mal an wie ein comming home!!! Der Empfang von L. und A. ist immer sehr freundlich, und sollte es ein kleines Problem geben, wird dieses umgehend erledigt! Das weitläufige Gelände und der Pool werden jeden zweiten Tag in der Frühe vom Gärtner gepflegt. Das Haus ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts ! Unbeschreiblich ist die Ruhe und der daraus resultierenden Erholungswert!!

Belle maison mais trop d'insectes

Belle maison, propre et grande. Les extérieurs sont top. Piscine pas très grande et pas chauffée mais suffisante pour les enfants. Seul gros bémol : les insectes. Taons, frelons et moustiques se relaient et ont totalement gâché nos vacances. Il n' y a aucun commerce à moins de 20 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants mais pas trop compréhensifs.

Positiv: sehr sauberes Grundstück, Räumlichkeiten und Pool. Anlage sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und gepflegt.Negativ: nicht beeinflussbare Außenbeleuchtung (mindestens 10 Lampen leuchten die ganze Nacht den Außenbereich incl. Pool aus). Videoüberwachungdes gesamten Außenbereiches!

Das Haus, die Hauseigentümer, die Lage des Hauses, es isr einfach alles Super.Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles was eine Familie braucht ist reichlich vorhanden. Bis zum Pool hin ist alles in und um das Haus sehr sauber.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hauseigentümer garantieren einen schönen Urlaub in Balconevisi. Wir 4 hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche hier verbracht. Danke Reisetipps: Zentral in der Toskana gelegen.Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca oder die Strada del Vino – alles in 30 – 50 km erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich, Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche prompt und unkompliziert. Bei einem auftretenden Problem mit unserem Fahrzeug halfen die Vermieter sofort. Herzlichen Dank! Reisetipps: San Miniato, Pisa, Volterra, Monsummato Th., Montecatini Th. und natürlich Florenz, auch das Meer ist dank Nähe zu SGC FI–PI–Li gut erreichbar.

Gepflegtes und bestens ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel.Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Moskitos.Allerdings sind alle Femster und Türen sowie der schöne Pavillion im Garten mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet.Wir kommen wieder!!! Reisetipps: Pisa , Lucca, Florenz, Volterra, etc. alles innerhalb einer Autostunde erreichbar.

Prettig huis en rustige, landelijke omgeving. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken! Pannen, serviesgoed, bestek, alles is in overvloed aanwezig. De badkamers zijn aan de krappe kant maar voldoen. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk Reistips: De woning ligt centraal voor een bezoek aan Florence, Pisa, San Giminiano, Sienna etc.
