Lovely hotel

Stayed only for one night but the room looked out onto a lovely courtyard with a small pool. Bedding was high quality and felt luxurious compared to other hotels we stayed at as part of our trip. The bathroom looks a bit tired however there was hot water so big plus from us. We left early for a trip and they kindly packed us a breakfast and stored our luggage till we returned later. Lovely location right next to a supermarket would recommend

We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were very kind and friendly. We had an issue with our toilet and Johnny got it fixed on the same day. The hotel was conveniently located, right next to a grocery shop, walking distance from the centre for restaurants and tours, and had secure parking which was a must for us. Breakfast was yummy too with a selection of cereal, bread, fruit, ham, cheese and eggs.

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we got a dark room without much of natural light. The property owner offered to move us to a room with a window but we did not want to move for the remaining of our stay … just two more nights. Our room could use a little bit of upkeep. Place is built of adobe and some parts are peeling a bit. The room was comfortable and spacey and staff were nice and accommodating. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown to shops and dining.

Quiet and relaxed stay

The hotel grounds was nicely decorated and maintained. Under 5mins walk from Caracole. Plus, there is a well stocked supermarket opposite the hotel. A point to consider is that there is a bar across the road and the music seems to last till last person drinking. We stayed for 4n and on the last 2n, we had music up till 12am and 2am-ish.

This is an excellent hideaway in the mud-wall town of San Pedro de Atacama. Secure parking was key, esp in this part of Chile. Kept very clean despite how dusty and windy the Atacama is. Big Kudos to the staff and owners of this place. Safe, quiet, clean and well thought out. Would definitely recommend @

Basic accommodation

Very basic accommodation. Decent simple breakfast. Toilet in our room was running overnight. I told the owner in the morning, and when we left two days later, it had still not been addressed. Not a big fan of the request to throw toilet paper into the trash bin.

Great location and staff

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly and they are all very helpful. It is a 1 to 2 minute walk to the main street. The room had most of the things that we needed such as a fridge, safe, comfortable bed, and good shower. We really appreciated the staff helping us with arranging tours or transfer to the airport.

Palms springs hotel in the Atacama desert

Lovely little hotel situated a short walk from restaurants and shops of the Main Street. We stayed 3 nights ,our welcome was warm and the service was excellent ,breakfast came with a a selection of fruit ,eggs , meats and fresh French bread every morning, and was delicious. Small dipping pool to cool down and plenty of areas to take shade and relax in the desert heat .Rooms are very spacious and clean.Can get windy and have some dust come over the fences when winds are high but it is the desert after all. Overall a worth while stay and would definitely recommend!

Brilliant, lovely place, quiet but close to main areas. Wonderful owners, very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, great room good size. We arrived early morning, were accommodated immediately in our rooms, offered breakfast despite breakfast time having finished. Looked at the room and surroundings and booked another 4 nights

Comfortable rooms and really friendly staff. It's located close to the centre of town, without being so close that it's noisy at night.

O ponto critico das Instalações do hotel é a higiene, e limpeza dos apartamentos, banheiros sem ventilação, super apertados, nao tem box ... cortinas plasticas, paredes ao lado da pia sem revestimenro criando Mofo, sistema de aquecimento de água péssimo. Quarto todo cheio de poeira da hora que chegamos a hora que saimos, ficamos dois dias não fizeram a limpeza do apartamento, e pra finalizar no check-out, um atendente nem se deu ao luxo de despedir e abrir o Portão de saida do hotel... Eu e minha esposa tinhamos consciência que estávamos em pleno deserto... mas higiene e cordialidade cabe em qualquer lugar do planeta... SÓ PRA REGISTRAR... Pagamos R$ 686,80 POR DIÁRIA...

Localização excelente, bem próximo a rua Caracoles. Equipe muito atenciosa e solicita, quartos limpos e amplos. Chuveiro quentinho e bem gostoso. Café da manhã muito bom! Muito próximo (só atravessar a rua) de um supermercado grande. Só a internet que oscila um pouco. Fora isso, tudo perfeito.
