Contemporary new villa with private swimming pool and close to beaches

Villa Azul is a newly built house and located in a residential area close to the sea, beaches and restaurants. It's a contemporary style villa full of light, with large glass sliding doors opening on to a terrace upstairs and to a private swimming pool downstairs. Up to 6 people can stay at the villa. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk in showers. The house has brand new and high quality furniture both indoor and outdoor. The master bedroom has a desk and a walk in dressing closet with a mirror. On the second floor is a large terrace with lounge seats. There are 3 parasols on the property to enjoy shade during the summer. You can relax on the sunbeds or enjoy dinner outside as there is an outdoor dining table with chairs. Bougainvilleas and other southern flowers surround the house. There is a nice private pool with an outdoor shower, an integrated jacuzzi, and measuring 4 by 7 m, with a depth of 1,2 to 1,8 m (which is large for the area). Our pool manager will clean the pool twice a week during your stay. You can watch all television channels from Spain, Europe, UK,..., as well as Netflix through IP TV.

Villa Azul is located close to sandy blue flag beaches at the Mediterranean ánd the Mar Menor, so you can choose every day which sea to go to. There is a large natural reserve with flamingos within walking distance. There are many activities offered in the neighbourhood: biking & hiking trails and watersports such as kayaking, windsurf, sailing, jet skiing or snorkeling. Bikes can be rented close by. You can also enjoy the famous therapeutic mud baths of San Pedro or rent a yacht. There are plenty of eating places to choose from, from beach and tapas bars to fine dining and upscale restaurants. There are dozens of golf courses wihin a 15 km distance amongst which the award winning resort of Las Colinas and a bit further the famous La Manga Club. There is also a new outdoor shopping mall La Zenia. There are many food markets in the villages close by, the one in San Pedro is at 600 m from Villa Azul. Wine trips can be taken to Jumilla or Yecla. Cities such as Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante with their culture and history are within 30 / 45 min driving distance. The regional park Calblanque with its beautiful wild beaches and transparent sea is one of the best preserved natural areas of the Mediterranean cost and can be reached in 30 minutes. You can hike in the canyon- like Rio Seco nearby or visit the Sierra Espuna to spend a day surrounded by stunning nature. There is also a thalassotherapy spa at 400 m from the villa.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a terrace, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
