Few properties on Ambergris Caye offer this level of space, privacy, and direct access to the sea. The main 5-bedroom, 5-bath house accommodates 12 people. Ask us about the “Lil Dolphin” guest house, a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath fully equipped home accommodating up to 6 additional people for a total of 18.

The Blue Dolphin operates like a boutique hotel, with personalized service delivered quietly in the background so your vacation feels seamless. From the moment you land in San Pedro our team can arrange your transportation, greet you at the San Pedro airport, and arrange private golf cart rentals. For the ultimate experience, we can even arrange for a private helicopter to bring you to the island - we are fortunate to have a helipad adjacent to the property.

Our professional on-site team, Gloria and Armando, maintain the home, pool, spa, and grounds daily so everything remains pristine. Location matters more on Ambergris Caye than almost anywhere else. While many properties may look similar in photos, where you stay can completely change your experience.

Staying too far north often means long, bumpy golf cart rides, limited restaurant options, expensive taxi transfers, and feeling isolated if the weather changes or you want flexibility in your plans. Staying directly in town can mean more noise, traffic, crowds, and less privacy.

Being located just 3 miles north of town offers the best of both worlds.

You are close enough to reach restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, excursions, and nightlife in just a short golf cart ride, but far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet, privacy, and a true island feel. Deliveries, chef services, fishing charters, dive pickups, and transportation are also easier and more affordable when you are only a few miles from town.

This location allows guests to enjoy morning coffee on a quiet beach, spend the afternoon exploring San Pedro, and return to a peaceful property away from the crowds.
