Great location - right on the beach. Golf cart parking in front of the house. Well equipped kitchen, good a/c, nice place all around. Owner is close by and very responsive. Jaime can help schedule activities for you. Two thumbs up!!

Gr at location in San Pedro Jaime picked us up at ferry n lived upstairs for any needs Unit is very small but we were only 2 No broom but had all other necessities

We had the 1 bedroom unit and it was perfect for us. Jose (the owner) was so helpful and rented us a really nice golf cart. We slept great in a comfortable bed and the wifi was excellent. Good shower and kitchen had everything you needed. We brought down some food and were able to save some money by eating there. I plan to stay there again!!!

Wonderful Experience

This house is in a perfect location, close to town and on the beach. Jose went above and beyond to help make our trip the best it could be. He picked us up from the boat, set us up with a golf cart, found out what we wanted to do for the week set up the snorkeling trips and had someone pick us up from the boat doc to return to the airport. Who needs a travel agent, just stay with Jose! Snorkeling - oh my goodness. Fabulous, made better by Jose's son (Jaime). Jaime runs a private tour boat and took our family out for two trips. He guided us through the water, assisted with taking pictures and was always making sure we got what we wanted from the experience. We definitely plan on staying at Chai's Beach house on our next trip!

Lovely stay in lovely place

The home and room were very lovely and in an amazing location in front of the beach. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, responsive and helpful with our questions and requests.
