The kitchen has been remodeled with quartz countertops, new appliances, cupboards, large bar seating area and plenty of storage. The large living room offers comfortable and stylish new furniture. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, with new mattresses and large closets. A new day bed has been added to the loft area making this condo a great option for families and friends. Bask in the views of the Caribbean from the verandas or while relaxing in the master bath soaking tub.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town.
