It was clean, quite, and beautiful. Played terrible music by the pool and did not provide enough towels and washcloths when cleaning the rooms everyday. Those 2 things are my only gripes. But other than that the stay was awesome. Room was huge and beautiful. Had small bites by the pool once and they were delicious.

The Sunset Caribe Belize is in a nice location on Ambergris Caye. There are two pools with one in the shade for the whole day during the winter. There are some very nice restaurants in walking distance, we especially liked Rain as the food was great as were the staff. Some downsides was the washer and dryer, in the room, was not accessible by us. We had to ask housekeeping to do our laundry for us. Other rooms had them accessible but not ours. It was free but inconvenient. The bed wasn’t comfortable until we put a bedspread under the sheets. Overall, we recommend the hotel.

I like that the property was updated, however, they still has some work to do such as, property had mosquito and we cannot sit outside too long. They did not give us wash clothes. I did not get the loft I asked for and they did not change it.

Excellent accommodations. Very high end appliances in the kitchen. Pretty well stocked dishes. Nice king sized beds with private bathrooms, and nice balcony view over the pools and bay. Great restaurant and little store across the street. Great security and easy to plan activities and rentals.

Beautiful property but on the non ocean side and they don’t allow you to use sister hotdd weed l which is on ocean side. Pool very nice. But there were little mites in master bath on sink counter.. they sprayed 3 times and each time the bugs came back immediately. I asked if they could get someone to treat the problem but that never happened. Had to keep everything out of bathroom. Also kept suitcase in garage and washed everything when got home… afraid we had brought them back. Also… they are building another building next door so it was extremely noisy from 730 am to 5. I asked to be moved but they never would move us. I would never recommend staying there
