Great view with walkout directly on the beach. Room was clean and well stocked. Could use a little updating but not a deal breaker. Provided coffee and bottle water. Easy walking distance to most things. Only.conplaint was the internet was spotty but on vaction.

Nice place to stay, great location...

The building is made up of about 12 condos which are rented out on behalf of the respective owners. Our unit was comfortable. Even though it was just the two of us, there was a second bedroom with two beds, plus a second bathroom in the hallway. We had a ground floor unit which was great as we could walk right out onto the beach. There is no lobby, but their office is easy to access down by the pool, and the people there are very helpful. We enjoyed the location which is next door to Ramone's Village. The beach at the Palms is OK, but we would go over to Ramone's which is said to be the nicest beach downtown. Ramone's has a great restaurant, and they have a really nice dock which is a treat to swim from, and nice to visit in the evening. They also offer diving/snorkeling trips. The overall location is excellent. The location is good for places to eat, drink, get coffee, gifts, etc. The airport is close by, and the marine terminal is just a short golf cart ride away (the Palms picked us up and dropped us off. Everyone in Belize was super friendly, and all spoke English which to us was important. All in all we would rent there again. My only complaint was that some of the other guests were cigarette smokers and their second hand smoke made it's way into our patio area as well as the living area when the doors were open.

Very nice hotel located in a convenient location near the San Pedro downtown district. Supermarket is directly adjacent to the property. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is small but very pleasant and clean. The deck was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the waterfront. The property is small and a little older, but well maintained. Definitely recommend.

San Pedro Gem

We have stayed here twice now in the last year. Both stays were great. The location is unbeatable--beach, walk to town dive shops, and the airport! This is a quaint, small property that is well maintained. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel, amazing location

Amazing location, close to everything and great facilities. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The pool was stunning, well maintained and very refreshing on a hot day. The only downside to this beautiful hotel was the king size bed mattress needs to be replaced.

This property was fantastic. It had a whole kitchen so I could have my own food during the day. Its proximity to the center of town is perfect, I could walk to the multitudes of delicious restaurants. The Palms had so many great recommendations! The staff were so kind and helped facilitate all my excursions. And I loved that this property has a beach! I could walk into the ocean right from my patio. And the hammock was so relaxing!

We spent four nights here. A great place. Close to down town with grocery next door, numerous restaurants close by, yet quiet. The staff was helpful, arranging trips and providing recommendations. This isn’t a resort with a bar and restaurant so if you want to sit and be waited on, this isn’t for you… but we’d definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love the property! My 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium (#31) felt like home to me! The condo was equipped with everything I needed. There are unlimited choices of restaurants and shopping that are in walking distance. Also, the staff was fantastic!!!

Staff were very helpful and kind. We had power outages one evening that caused our WiFi to go out. Equipment was replaced and service was restored before we left. Staff offered to move us to a different room but we opted to use the WiFi by the pool when we needed it. The pool and grounds were kept very clean. Our unit 24 had a front porch and a back porch with seats and a table. The five gallons of water provided was also a great bonus. Many dining options are a short walk down the beach.

What a gem of a hotel! Everything is a positive stay here: great front desk staff, housekeeping is all over it and you walk out and you're right on the beach. Room was very quiet had a full kitchen and there's a market next door. Everything you want is in walking distance. They have security and it's very safe to walk places. If you're looking for a hotel, the Palms is it!
