Guests are welcome to explore the entire estate and its grounds, including the private beach, hammocks, sun loungers, an outdoor palapa, and two dining tables that comfortably accommodate six people each. Enjoy the villa, the villa porch, and the expansive 330-foot pier!
Additionally, guests can visit our partner restaurant and bar located just south of the estate. They also provide in villa room service to all our guests! For a fee, access to the neighboring resort’s pool is available (day passes can be purchased at the office, where guests must check in for pool access).
Complimentary resort amenities are available with the purchase of food and beverages at our premier resort partner, situated 25 minutes north via golf cart. Enjoy multiple pools, a swim up bar, pickleball courts, restaurant, and fitness facilities. Spa services are also available for an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you can take a puddle jumper plane or water taxi (ferry) to the island of Ambergris Caye, where your Belizean adventure awaits! Our friendly concierge is available 24/7 to assist with your travel arrangements. Please share your international flight details once they are confirmed.

Transportation to the Villa Once on the Island:
-Golf Cart: Enjoy a complimentary escort to the villa from your concierge when renting a golf cart through one of our partnered providers. Your personal Concierge will meet you at the ferry or airport with your golf cart and an extra luggage carryall to escort you to your villa! We’ll take you on a scenic 9-mile journey from town to your private estate on the northeast side of the island.(price is calculated as a day rate)
*Travel Time: 35-50 minutes (may vary due to weather and road conditions).
-Taxi: Reserve a Taxi to the Estate. Rates range from sixty to eighty five US dollars, depending on the season.
*Travel Time: 30-40 minutes (may vary due to weather and conditions).
-Boat Transfer: Arrive in style at the private estate pier! Rates vary depending on season from two hundred to two fifty US dollars
*Travel Time: Approximately a 20 minute ride from town to our private pier on property. (Weather permitting)

We highly recommend renting a golf cart to fully explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer! We’ll assist with transporting your luggage and can stop at local grocery stores on the way to your villa, all included with your golf cart rental.

For guests with back or spine issues, we suggest opting for a taxi or boat transfer for your arrival. Your concierge can arrange your transportation with licensed and insured local cab drivers.

TO NOTE:
-On this tropical island, expect sun, rain, and bugs. Bring suitable gear like reef safe sunblock and bug repellent. Additional supplies are available for purchase at the office reception if needed.
-The road North is partially paved and can be bumpy depending on seasonal rains and the last time paved (if someone in your group has spine problems, please speak to your concierge for alternative methods of transportation such as boat and taxi transfers or a luxury golf cart for more ease and comfortability). If traveling at night, remember to switch on your golf cart lights. The road is lit up until mile 8.5.
-Please note that the island may be affected by shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns causing an influx of seaweed at the beach. During heavy production seasons we clean the Estate's beach daily (weather permitting)!

POOL USAGE:
1. Complimentary Resort Access (With the Purchase of Food and Beverage): our local resort partner is just 25 mins up the beach from the Estate by golf cart. Guests can enjoy the Resort's multiple pools, pickleball courts, and/or fitness center. Spa services can also be enjoyed for the cost of the services.

2. Day Passes: Our Neighboring Resort - Guests may purchase day passes at the Resort Office. Speak to your concierge for details.
