Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person each way. -Hot water was an issue but the host tried to correct it .

The best of the property is the attention by part of Dynael, the house is beautiful and definitely I wanna copy the concept to make my own one. Definitely if I go to the lake that one will be my place to be.
