The views were absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When asking staff for recommendations they provided excellent feedback. The food and drinks were absolutely worth every penny and was delicious.

Very strict, with the sheets, they threatened to charge us for any stains. However, the towels they provided us were very stained, they actually looked dirty. Twice we saw and smelled the horrible stench from the septic tank being cleaned. The food at the hotel was average. Also, the hotel plays music until 11 pm. every night.

I loved the aesthetics of this property. The bed was so comfortable mixed with the sound of the ocean at night, I ended up getting the best sleep of my life. I will be staying here again.

In my opinion there was no hot water. Hot water that is needed to run a bath was not present. That was my only complaint for the property. Other than that great place. The food was really good! Our room had an ocean view and it was amazing and you can hear that ocean roaring in the room and I slept great! I will also say that if you are coming to Zipolite to get into the ocean pick another location. The water is so rough locals don't go into the water. You will need to find another location. If you are trying to reach the famous beach it is a long trek. Better to call a cab or walk the street because it is easier in my opinion.

Overall hospitality made our trip to zipolite so special. It started at check in and meeting the staff. Restaurant was very good and location is beautiful. It's a special community but this hotel is a must for anyones first experience.

Is great, but there’s a lot to improve with custom

It was good. Great hotel. Reception was a struggle, because I paid for my stay, and when I tried to check in. They wanted to charge me for the whole stay. I had to call hotel.com customer service, so they can communicate with the hotel reception. Phone service is poor so it was hard to conmect reception with hotel.com.
