**One time $10 fee per group/family at entrance of condominium for access to grounds and wristband for waterpark. This fee is paid directly to the condominium, not me!

Would not recommend

Place needs to be cleaned and repaired before they rent out again. We left a night earlier because of the mold smell. There is mold, cracks in walls,mold in refrigerator. Owner only contacts you the day of check in. Tried reaching out before and nothing. Also let him know we left early because of the mold and it is a week later and no response.

The accomadations were great! The surrounding property is picturesque. The pools, beachside restaurant and bar are relaxing & tranquil..No loud music which was/is a plus for ys. Very family friendly and safe property. We will definitely be back.
