NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required, along with rental agreement, and government issued ID verification. Up to 8 guests maximum, per city permit. Street parking is not allowed for Short-Term-Rental guests per city ordinance, 2 off-street parking spots are provided, driveway is 22ft long, oversized vehicles are prohibited. Max 2 pets, must be approved in advance along with signed pet agreement. Maximum two pets allowed and must be disclosed and approved in advance.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and gracious house--a perfect place to relax, and also a great base from which to explore Marin County. There were three of us, but the house could easily accommodate 6 or more guests (though be aware that every guest beyond two incurs an extra fee). Everything was immaculately clean, comfortable, and welcoming; the patio and dock overlooking the lagoon made the house seem far away from the congestion of downtown San Rafael. We especially appreciated being able to bring our son's dog with us. Communication with the owner was quick and clear.

Timothy’s Waterfront property was perfect for our family’s trip to visit wine country and the San Francisco area. Our host was exceptional to communicate with and his home is most welcoming. The view from the patio is wonderful for sipping coffee in the morning and beverages in the afternoon and evening. Only wish we had stayed longer!

Best Vacation rental ever!

This was the best Vacation rental that my family has used. So many thoughtful details from the complimentary snacks which greeted us at the door upon entry, to USB chargers attached to the master bed frame. My only minor complaint was the upstairs shower had very finicky temperature control.

Beautiful Home…perfect!

My family and I took two weeks and traveled down the west coast. This was one of the most beautiful homes that we stayed in over the two weeks!
