The kitchen is equipped not for holiday rental but for normal living, therefore you can expect all needed items. In the living/dining room there is a flat screen 48-inch TV, Bluetooth stereo, so you can connect your music, sofa bed, a table sitting 4 and 4 chairs. Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Box-spring bed, has en-suite bathroom and the separate dressing. The guest bedroom as a comfortable bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower bath. There is also a laundry with laundry machine and tumble dryer. Guests will have access to the underground parking, the garage gate is operated with a remote control. Outside there is a 115 m2 outdoor swimming pool that is 16.8 metres long. It has a 0.5 metre children's area, and 280 m2 of paved and gardened rest area.
