Recently refurbished, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus 1 WC set over 2 floors. There is a fully equipped modern family kitchen, a separate cosy TV lounge with fireplace and a large laundry room.

The master suite is located upstairs and has an adjoining terrace with amazing sea views overlooking the nearby golf courses. There is a double guest suite also on the first floor with separate stair access providing private accommodation offering an equally amazing view.

Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, one King and one twin sharing a family bathroom with a separate guest toilet.

The lounge and all bedrooms have Aircon and also electric wall heaters making this ideal for winter stays as well as summer holidays.

At the rear of the villa, the outdoor space offers 2 dining terraces, one with a large gas barbecue. In addition there is a comfortable sofa area making the most of the beautiful surroundings.
