The property was in a gated community and secureed. On the other side it needs to be updated witj fresh paint and supply the basices such as towels

Beach Vacation

Everything was great except the location listed is not completely accurate. Its not a 4 min walk to Sunset Park or the beach as advertised. Its actually down a little ways, definitely not walkable. The property is nice and the Community is quiet. Close to the Surf City shopping center for groceries and restaurants. The property assistance were very helpful and nice. AC was great after being in the heat all day. Overall a great time!The
