Had issue with early checking first they said they did not have a room but also said if I pay $50 they maybe be able to accommodate. The refrigerator was not cleaned from previous guest and a frozen beer exploded while I was dressing and startled us very much. Overall very comfortable and spacious rooms and room service was excellent. Buffet is worth getting also!

We liked its centralized location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that we needed to put a $20 deposit per towel to use beach towels for our outings. We got the $20 back but it seemed an inconvenience. We’d prefer a ticket system instead.

My husband and I visited El Salvador for the first time and we chose to stay at this hotel. Every detail was top notch. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and shops. The hotel offers a contact for tours which we truly enjoyed and were able to capture the sites and culture. The amenities such as the spa, laundry and fitness came in handy. I highly recommend this hotel you will have everything at your reach. The staff is super helpful, kind and attentive at all times. We plan to return with our relatives, group of 12 and will be booking here again
