No nos dieron el desayuno por 20 minutos que llegamos pasado de las 10am, y la razón fue el tráfico por el desfile patronal. Sería genial que en esos casos, puedan extender más el horario de los desayunos.

Room was just fine, air conditioning worked well. Bed was very comfortable Elevator was not working so had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Parking attendants were very attentive. They park your car and retrieve it when you need it. Slip them a few bucks. They don’t make much. Breakfast was fine. Buffet style, Salvadoran style with some US food too. Overall I’ll give my stay a 4 Hotel is under renovation so some areas were closed off. I recommend this hotel

The employees has all of them excellent customer service. The first room smelled like humid , so we requested to move in to another room. Also, the handicap ramp was very steep and I could not use it, I has to use the stairs even with my knee hurt,

I would rate this hotel average; the staff is all very friendly. There is a nightclub somewhere around the hotel where you can hear the music; usually it was off by 12am. The week we stayed the elevator was not working, good exercise going up to the third floor except when I had to carry all of the bags of souvenirs.

Si buscas un lugar con moquetes viejas y olorosas encontrarás el lugar de tus sueños. Tampoco cumplirán con lo que te prometen, por ejemplo si los eliges porque dicen que tienen caja de seguridad, te dirán que no está en la habitación y que podrás acceder a una en la administración pero para abrirla necesitarás una llave física. Lo bueno es que te debes quedar feliz porque en 9!meses solucionarán todo.

This hotel is very old with 4 stars prices when it’s not even a 2. The breakfast was horrible, the elevator was not working. All the tables, chairs, beds were in bad conditions and the whole property had a bad smell
