Here’s a review you can use in English for Expedia: ⸻ Very Disappointing Experience – Had to Leave Early We had to cut our stay short because the hotel was not what we expected. The room was dirty, and it was clear that proper cleaning standards were not being followed. On top of that, there was a lot of noise due to ongoing construction—something we were not informed about beforehand. It was impossible to relax or get any rest. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we would not recommend staying here until the construction is completely finished and cleanliness improves.

As I understand it this is a new property having just opened in 2025. It shows as everything is new and in perfect order. Some highlights: *Staff was superb. Probably the best staff experience I have had in 55 years of travel. *View was amazing. Not only the Palace across the street but the nearby churches were beautiful, especially at night from the rooftop bar/rest. *Less great - food is solid but not spectacular. *Square can be noisy at night. *Taxi stand is around the block because it's a pedestrian street only.
