Great place to stay when surfing El Sunzal. Friendly staff and fantastic location & views. No surfboard rentals on the property though so need to try next door or in town. Yoga only for groups of 6+. Extra pillows will go a long way

We spent a week at Casa De Mar and our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel close to the beach with a pool and dining options all on site, and food is excellent! If you choose to stay on the site, you never have to leave, but El Tunco is just a short 5 min walk. The hotel is impeccably maintained, hotel staff extremely friendly & helpful, always busy cleaning & making sure the grounds are maintained. They have two outdoor showers as you exit the beach to clean off sand. Will definitely come back next year!
