I had an excellent stay. The views of the volcano was incredible! The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I felt very safe due to the security presence on the property and the staff were very helpful in making transportation arrangements to different places in the country.

We had a very welcoming experience at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with nice linen and towels and looked out to the San Salvador volcano. The hotel has a well-equipped gym. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Best thing though was the staff - all helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

I do have to say the hotel itself if very nice and clean. Plenty of parking even though it is not organized parking. Both for guests and visitors. Down fall is not secure out in the open and other outside parties can bang your car with no care and park. There are no restaurants around the area. They are 15min walking distance there is inside a place to eat. I wouldn't recommend to stay if you need for 4 people in one room. They keep an inconvenient limit for only 3 people. The double bedroom are not queen size but full size beds for 1 person each. Very uncomfortable. You are forced to book King rooms for comfort. Rooms are not supplied as they should for a Hilton brand name bring your own. I called to book a room late night. The system double booked me, almost was refused for cancelation by there end. Very stressful to stay there and keep having to tell front desk about issues in my room. Expected better. Very dissatisfied. No organization.
