I wasn't happy about the rental car service organized by your service desk, the driver who rented me his car ripped me off, charging me for 2 days for for a one-day rental. The hotel should have much more discretion on who they recommend to traveling individuals or tourists. +503 7452 0008 - is the cell phone number of the individual, I suggest your general manager be aware of this and you not recommend him to people staying at the hotel.

Unfortunately I was not able to spend much time at the hotel. However I do have to say rooms were very clean, premium bedding which is important for me. Breakfast options was a plus. Very happy I stayed there and highly recommend

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was nice, clean, and big. The amenities were excellent and the animals were a nice touch. The restaurant on sute was phenomenal and delicious. All the hotel staff were very attentive and kind.

The Hotel is very nice and you could tell it was a 5 star hotel in the 80's but now it looks old, the rooms have very old furniture and also the area around the pool needs to be updated, I think the hotel needs a makeover.

Learned Friday pm there’d be a wedding party at the pool that night and it was unbearably loud until 2am. Hotel didn’t care, they prefer their parties of locals over their international guests. Their X (Twitter) handle shows what their focus is on - @Sheratonbodas. Rooms are old, carpet outdated, be warned this isn’t a five-star property.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing. Our room was cleaned in a timely manner. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we had a view of the pool area, which i requested. The food was delicious and the bar staff was awesome. While the hotel staff was transporting us to the hotel we passed several road stands that sold coconut water. We didn't have any money on us at that time. But the driver was so nice, he bought the coconut water for us
