This is a fabulous property in a terrific location close to beaches and Old Town but situated in a robust urban neighborhood with good local bars and eateries. Adrain the host was on top of things and the apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, spacious and nicely decorated.

What a gem! We loved staying in this huge apartment which was full of character. It is bright and very airy with all the multiple balconies to enjoy while drinking coffee and reading books! The location was great for us as we love being in the middle of everything but it can get noisy at night time as it’s above some very bustling and busy cafes & bars! Bed was really comfy and bathroom great. Would def recommend and we would love to stay again when we return to San Sebastián next year

A pleasant visit to San Sebastian

The apartment had everything we needed and just about anything any visitor might want. The location allowed us to walk to all of the areas in San Sebastian that we were interested in seeing. The underground parking garage nearby was convenient, and a small Carrefour market is a block and a half away. A good variety of local businesses is also close. All considered, we greatly enjoyed the apartment.

Perfect flat in prime location

We spent 11 days in San Sebastián / Donostia, using this apartment as our home base to explore the Basque region. What a perfect spot. Easy to access and supremely comfortable, we instantly felt at home. The unit is well appointed and easy to use, with single floor access to cafes and restaurants at the doorstep. But what really made this special was that we were just outside the Old Town and beyond the typical reach of the tourist crowds. In this part of the city, you are among the locals and get to enjoy the full spectrum of Spanish family life. There is vibrant activity all around and a lively, happy bustle. If you are a light sleeper (or prefer to go to bed early, just when the traditional Spanish evening begins), just bring some ear plugs. Or, better yet, let yourself enjoy the wonderful cafe, bar, and dining traditions.

Perfect location

The property is located in the heart of everything. Easy walk to all bars & restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean & had a lot of natural light. Only negative is the property is located above a bar and can get noisy at times. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment so it didn’t bother us.

Lovely apartment and stay!

Our stay in this San Sebastián apartment was truly perfect! Adrian and his colleagues/family were so responsive from the initial booking (over a year in advance). There was a snafu with online double bookings that had me worried for a few moments but I was immediately assured that our reservation was confirmed/unaffected which was much appreciated. The apartment truly exceeded expectations. So grateful to get to spend time with family in such a clean, well kept, beautiful setting with historic architectural details and multiple(!!) terraces/bay window seating. The photos were very much representative and the location could not have been more convenient! The kitchen is so well designed and would have everything you’d need to cook on the premises though we opted to eat out so we never got the chance :). We were able to utilize the in-unit washer/dryer as well which was a lifesaver. Adrian allowed us to check in early which was very generous since we were lugging around large backpacks and walking from the train. Self check-in and check-out were seamless and I was very impressed with the technologies utilized. Overall, a perfect stay and I certainly hope we get the chance to come back to San Sebastián. We would book again Adrian’s apartment again in a heartbeat!

Great Appartment in the Center of the City

We had a great time in this beautiful appartment which is well equipped on a very high standard. We felt comfortable and could see everything in walking distance and parked our car for 5 days in the parking Buen Pastor. In the evening until esrly morning it is quite noisy because of the bar below and all other Tapas Bars around.

Perfect stay

A wonderful appartment in the heart of the city. You dont need a car and if you have one there is a public garage 3 minutes away. We enjoyed everything. The appartment i perfectly equipped and the check in with electronic lock works very good. If we come back we will definitely stay there again.
