The perfect stay. Beautiful family run hotel steeped in history. The rooms are great, nothing is too much for the friendly staff. 2 Euro bus that takes you into the Old Town of San Sabastien makes this the perfect location. Hotel is situated in its own grounds which makes it peaceful. Breakfast on the terrace is a must where they serve fresh apple juice made from the apples in their orchard.

Our second stay at this perfect gem of a hotel. Perfect Covid measures and outstanding comfort and welcome. We will be back on any in Transit trips and for a holiday when they are allowed. Cannot recommend highly enough

Fabulous boutique hotel , what a gem !!

This is a lovely gem of a boutique hotel . It has been so tastefully restored to a 5 star standard . The terrace is a wonderful place to have breakfast or evening drinks . It is a family run hotel and we were treated impeccably . COVID 19 means face masks in the reception area and temperatures were taken on arrival , sanitizers are everywhere and the hotel was exceptionally clean .A great stop over to see San Sebastián , bus stop 10 in walk away so leave the car here securely and enjoy the sights of San Sebastián . Will definitely return

Very unique setting on rural hilltop-quiet and serene with beautiful view of valleys. The amenities are quite modern, comfortable and tasteful. Beautifully restored 500 yr old farm that is lovingly managed by a family that has owned this property for many generations. If you want a place to stay out of the noisy city of San Sebastián, this is an excellent choice.

We booked this place because it said “boutique” - well let me tell you, it was everything and more then we expected! It’s absolutely beautiful. Everything about this place is just first class. Service, Food, Rooms and common areas are all wonderful. We had two rooms 5 adults and one baby- we really didn’t want to leave. We were papered from start to finish- fabulous breakfast each morning, coffee on the terrace looking out over the countryside, beverages taken in the common seating area, visiting with the family owners- it was all just a treat. There are wonderful restaurants near buy- just ask for their list and you won’t go wrong.

Tastefully renovated inn style home

Beautiful hotel - very well decorated and maintained- elegant. Very convenient option if you plan to visit San Sebastián but want a rental car to visit other areas in the Basque Region so that you can easily park your car at hotel. The rooms are very tastefully done and all of the common areas in the hotel - lobby and outdoor seating - are all lovely. If you’re not OK with needing to drive 15 min to go to restaurants, try pintxos in Old Town, etc then don’t stay here. But if you want to be surrounded by nature and looking for better value than the hotels in central San Sebastián offer, then this is your place!
