Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, easy walking distance of San Sebastián with some lovely coffee shops and Pintxos bars close by. There was a slight damp smelling the room and coffee/tea facilities would be nice in the room as the free coffee/tea was not available until 12

Lovely boutique hotel

Loved San Sebastian and this small charming hotel. A short walk to the old town, but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. While the rooms are a little on the small side, they are quiet and comfortable. There is a 5 minute walk to a local laundromat.

BEWARE: air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, and can't be changed. The room was very hot at night and we woke up several times. Other things, no hot water or coffee maker in room. this is very annoying you must go to basement to get coffee.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, looked fairly new, and had a beautiful view. It also had a small bottle of sparkling wine and a couple of chocolates on arrival, which was a really nice touch. The hotel staff were all nice and friendly. We didn’t get to have a breakfast at the hotel (by choice), but it also looked great. 4 stars because there were some little things that were missing, for example the water dispenser wasn’t available 24/7 and the water wasn’t filtered (just tap water, from what we were told by the hotel staff). Same applies to coffee/tea. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room, but they did have a coffee/tea corner at the hotel, it was however only open between 12pm-8pm. All in all, we still really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Check in and out easy. Staff was very friendly throughout stay. Location is excellent, out of the main tourist area but an easy walk to the old town or Gros. Train and bus stations very close. It seemed like our room was recently renovated or updated. Towels were very large and showers as well.

Great base to explore San Sebastián

Hotel staff are very friendly and super helpful. Great location. Hotel is simple eg no tea or coffee facilities in room but there is a small fridge and we were given a small bottle of Cava on arrival with two glasses. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station which is also co-located with the train station and taxi rank.

We had a lovely stay here. It's a nice and well maintained hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly young man. The rooms are as mentioned on the website. All necessary amenities are present. A nice bonus was the small fridge since it was quite warm outside. We booked our stay with breakfast, at which we were welcomed by a friendly lady every morning. Breakfast was nice and there was lot's to choose from. I would stay here again when visiting San Sebastian.

I booked a last minute stay and they were so kind and helpful. Extremely friendly and even helped with planning various routes to the airport. Conveniently located for airport and to take bus into the center of the city. Would absolutely stay again!
