We had a lovely stay here. It's a nice and well maintained hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly young man. The rooms are as mentioned on the website. All necessary amenities are present. A nice bonus was the small fridge since it was quite warm outside. We booked our stay with breakfast, at which we were welcomed by a friendly lady every morning. Breakfast was nice and there was lot's to choose from. I would stay here again when visiting San Sebastian.

I booked a last minute stay and they were so kind and helpful. Extremely friendly and even helped with planning various routes to the airport. Conveniently located for airport and to take bus into the center of the city. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location and clean well appointed rooms, helpful staff. Has a generosity re a free chocolate and basic mini bar items, plus access to a coffee bar during the pm. Not a 5 to ? Over priced breakfast and non functional AC in our room. The latter could have been fixes, so my oversight in not asking at the time.

The rooftop pool and roof terrace areas were great in the sunshine. Good gym. The room was a bit underwhelming in relation to the cost. Comfortable bed and good shower, though. OK but not great breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a superbly managed property. Attention is given to every detail. Consistency is at this level is hard to achieve, but they do it! Each day.
