Love the open interior layout that's connected as one space. Improve chef's cooking - natchos is horrible - thatjust mashed avocado with lemon, diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated cheese, ground beef sauteed with peppers, and tabasco. It tasted terrible. I love your caesar salad and buffet breakfast. Your front desk staff in lare noon needs to disaggregate himself from his laptop screen. He did not make my wake up call this am at 6am, but he fid make taxi reservation at 630am. He is too preoccupied and not fully present. Cafeteria staff is sometmes there also. You need to augment staff, they are too overwhelmed.

This was a fantastic place to stay with all the amenities. Busy atmosphere on the main floor that was enjoyable. Staff was great and gave us some fantastic suggestions where to go.

The facilities are top-notch, everything was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and welcoming. The attention to detail in maintaining the property really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and quality!

A great hotel situated a half hour walk / 15 minute bus ride from the centre of San Sebastián (number 26 which leaves from the street behind the hotel). The rooms were in great condition as were the hotel facilities. The gym was great, and pool area was spacious with plenty of sitting room. The location being a bit far out from the centre is made up for by the hotel.

We had an amazing time at the Social Hub. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and looked after. The pool was amazing and facilities, like the laundry room, were so useful. Only a short walk away from the city centre, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in San Sebastián.

A fun Hotel with Great Amenities

The Social Hub was a fun place to stay and the amenities were great; free laundry room, a well equipped gym, a nice rooftop garden and swimming pool, a communal kitchen and dinning space, a good restaurant, recreation areas and lounges. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Quite far from the centre but clean and funky

Car parking was a pain but the hotel was funky and clean and the staff helpful. There is a laundry but it was endlessly busy whilst there. Decent food and drink options. Rooms not bad but be ready for options to bid on an upgrade - not sure you get a lot more. Quite a walk from the town - Uber etc have no foothold so ask reception for a standard taxi to be called.

Very nicely appointed newer hotel, geared to students, but as a solo traveler approaching 50 I didn’t feel out of pace. A good mix of ages, some families, and very cosmopolitan. A bit off the beaten path for most of the attractions in San Sebastián, but I was able to walk to the more touristy areas of the city in 25-35 minutes. There are some good restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant and bar did fine. The rooftop pool is nice with a bar and good music, but space is limited. Lots of common areas, great for digital nomads and anybody that just needs a spot to get some work done. Room was a little sparse, but had all the basics. No complaints there. All in all a great experience and would recommend!

Clean, great gym, central enough without being in the center of the tourist area. The daily room cleaning was a bit iffy (they missed a day, the other days I’d find empty bottles that they didn’t clean), but other than that a solid spot in San Sebastián. I’d stay there again.

Could have been better

Unable to check in early. Unable to use the hotels pool and rooftop facilities whist the room was being prepared. The room we ended up with was the worst one in the hotel at the end of the hotel next to a small building site with works ongoing and a view of the work being carried out. The sound of SDS drills could be heard on the other side of the concrete wall. Breakfast is ok, nothing amazing. A small room for the size of the hotel so if you dont go at the right time you may have to que. Very intimate seating in certain areas of the room which for breakfast isnt the best in my opinion.
