With a private resort-style backyard, comfortable gathering spaces, and family-friendly amenities, Casa Solana is perfectly suited for both short getaways and longer stays.

The main living area features a bright, open layout that flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the living room and out to the covered patio, making it easy to gather and spend time together. The living room includes an 85-inch Smart TV with access to streaming services. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, baking pans, a crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. A reverse osmosis water system provides fresh, great-tasting water throughout your stay, which is especially appreciated in the desert climate.

Step outside to enjoy your private backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub. The large covered patio includes lighting and a ceiling fan, comfortable outdoor seating for lounging, and a dining table for meals outside. Two chaise loungers sit poolside, and guests can enjoy provided Big Joe non-inflatable pool floats, fun floats for kids, and a set of cornhole boards for friendly competition. Hot tub heating is included in your stay, and pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day.

For guests who need to work during their stay, there is a dedicated office with French doors that provides a quiet and comfortable space to focus.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. The primary suite features a luxurious ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. On the main level, there is an additional bedroom with pool views and convenient access to a full bathroom, making it a great option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. All beds feature memory foam mattresses with crisp white linens, and plush white towels are provided so you can feel confident everything is fresh and clean for every stay. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and laundry pods are provided for added convenience.

Families are welcome, and the home includes thoughtful touches such as a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and a selection of games for downtime.

The home is located in the desirable Johnson Ranch community, which offers exceptional amenities for guests to enjoy. These include an eighteen-hole golf course, multiple community pools and spas, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a catch-and-release fishing pond. A pickleball paddle set is also provided for guest use.

Nearby attractions include San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Queen Creek Olive Mill, Schnepf Farms, San Tan Flat Restaurant, Pecan Lake Entertainment, and Poston Butte Golf Course. Guests will also receive access to a digital guest book with local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and optional in-home services such as a private chef and e-bike rentals.

Things to note. The pool area is not fenced, and all guests, including children, swim at their own risk. An audible door alarm is installed on the door leading to the pool and can be turned on or off. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway only, and street parking is not permitted in the neighborhood. We recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay and explore nearby attractions. Mesa Gateway Airport is approximately a twenty-five minute drive, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about forty-five minutes away.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with each stay.
