My newly built apartment (2022) is located in "La Suaredda," a quiet area just 2 km from the town center and about 1 km from La Cinta Beach. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends and accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hobs and a dishwasher, a single sofa bed, TV, and opens through large glass doors to a private garden. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Enjoy meals outdoors on the covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking the lawn. Parking is available in front of the house on a private, traffic-free street.



You will have bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Please pay special attention to the use and cleaning of the induction hobs; you’ll find a reminder with detailed instructions. A calendar with simple recycling instructions and all necessary materials will be provided. At the end of your stay, please personally deliver any waste to the municipal recycling center or mobile collection points.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison de vacances ! Elle est idéalement située, à proximité de superbes plages, ce qui a rendu nos journées encore plus agréables. La décoration est soignée et pleine de charme, chaque détail a été pensé avec goût. De plus, l’hôte a été très réactive et disponible, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Prachtig!

Pros: De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis is mooi, schoon en rustig gelegen aan het eind van een doodlopend straatje. Een heerlijke tuin met voldoende schaduw op het terras, maar je kunt ook de hele dag zonnen op het gras. Fijne locatie, supermarkt en restaurants op loop afstand. San Teodoro is een gezellig stadje met leuke avondmarkt en een mooi zandstrand.
