The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (4 plates) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
San Teodoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments are located in San Teodoro, with a distance to the sea between 200 m and 2000 m and to the centre between 300 m and 1500 m. The address is that of the Mare Terra office for key collection. For arrivals after 8 p.m. and before midnight, advance notification is required and a surcharge of €30 is applied. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.

There is no heating. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels are only in the local language.
