It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away. The residence is equipped with free parking reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access). We speak your language (Italian, Français, English) ! The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's sea-view pool. In the village there is a small square with 2 bars - restaurants, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food and delicatessen mini-market. You can go down to the sea (the very famous Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village via a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park.
