In the heart of the "Italian Caribbean", in one of the most exclusive villages of Sardinia, a Luxury Villa completely renovated in 2019 and enlarged on our project and thanks to its predominant position boasts a 360° unobstructed view. Our thoughts on the project started by analyzing the design of the residential complex developed by arch. Gamondi in the 70s a huge respect for the place and the surrounding nature making the buildings an integral part of the territory.The living area is on two levels, ground floor: entrance hall with lounge area, max TV and reading area with library that sees a window facing the sea, mezzanine floor: has the dining area, a telescope with two large mirrored windows that overlook one side of the garden facing the sea and the other to the spa area with tropical garden and nymphaeum with fish, the same floor we have a large independent kitchen with a window facing the sea and opening to the garden area outside and various aromas, the villa is also served by a laundry and ironing room and an independent apartment for staff.
