V sweet little house in residential area close to fabulous beach.

V sweet little house in a quiet residential area literally 6 minutes from fabulous La Cinta beach and 10 minutes walk from San Teodoro town with all its bars and restaurants. The property has everything you need but is perhaps a little dated in decor. However it was perfect for our needs as we wanted to be close to the beach. You have supermarkets within 5 mins walk and can also catch the Beach Bus to the other local fabulous beaches of Impostu and Brandinchi. The owners were v sweet (we didnt meet them) but we communicated via whatsapp and they were keen to know we were happy. A lovely stay. The property

Logement très propre. Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons bien été accueilli. Le séjour s'est très bien passé.Petit bémol , il faudrait juste quelques produits du quotidien, produit vaisselle, renouveller certains ustensiles de cuisine, du sel/poivre/sucre. Sinon tout était très bien.

Der Aufenthalt hat mehrere Probleme, er fehlt an sehr grundlegender Ausstattung, Handseife und mindestens eine Rolle Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer. Diese sind Grundausstattungen und sollten in jeder Unterkunft vorhanden sein. Wir hatten so eine Situation noch nie erlebt. Der Hochstuhl für unseren Sohn war in der Objektbeschreibung und war für uns sehr wichtig. Er war aber no verpackt und nicht

Immobile pulito, accogliente e silenzioso, equidistante dal centro e dalla spiaggia de La Cinta.

Ottima. Abbiamo apprezzatto la presenza del barbecue realmente utilizzabile (con lavandino esterno) e la doccia esterna.

Casa dotata di ciò che serve, posizione ottimale per raggiungere la spiaggia della Cinta e il centro di San Teodoro tranquillamente a piedi. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Doppio posto auto a disposizione. Si raggiungono un sacco di belle spiagge in pochi minuti di auto con parcheggi a pagamento e non. Il centro di San Teodoro offre tantissime attività, locali ristoranti di tutti i tipi e un sacco di bancarelle con i souvenir tipici dell'estate. In paese si trovano poi diversi supermercati e negozi. La proprietaria disponibile ci ha fatto trovare la casa già pronta il gg del nostro arrivo prima del check in. Consiglio vivamente!

La proprietaria sempre assente per ragioni di lavoro, ma ogni richiesta viene sempre risolta da parenti (zii) che abitano nella villetta attigua, sempre gentili e disponibili. ( chiedere di zia Pasqua)
