Quiet place near San Teodoro

We loved the quiet place in 10 min drive distance to San Teodoro. We booked the house for 2 families. Second appartement has separate entrance, so you need to go outside to reach the kitchen.

Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Wohnung war sauber. Garten war leider noch nicht fertig gestellt. Nachteil keine Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung beziehungsweise kein Insektenschutz dadurch sind Wespen rein geflogen beim Kochen. Wir hatten wenigstens ein Spray zum verscheuchen. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir aber trotzdem zufrieden. Der Preis der Wohnung ein bisschen überhöht.

Siamo stati i primi ad entrare in casa e ci siamo trovati bene. La casa è nuova e gli spazi sono ben distribuiti. Si tratta di due appartamenti adiacenti: il primo con cucina/soggiorno, due camere e due bagni; il secondo con tre camere, due bagni e la lavatrice. Bella vista sulla campagna circostante, posizione ventilata. Abbiamo avuto un problema col frigofero, ma è stato prontamente risolto da Luciana.
