The holiday home "Villa Lucia 240m from the sea" in Putzu Idu is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spread over two floors, the first floor features a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another bathroom. Villa Lucia accommodates up to four guests. Air conditioning in every room, washing machine, and TV are provided. If you need a cot, please let us know when booking so it can be prepared for you.
The outdoor area includes two private parking spaces, a garden, two balconies, a barbecue, a small kitchen, and an outdoor shower. The house borders a pond where flamingos can be seen in spring. The location is excellent: peaceful, yet just 240 meters from the beautiful Putzu Idu beach.
