Perfect first Italian Holiday

After our son completed a semester of study, we joined him and spent one of our weeks in San Vincenzo. What a wonderful town and great villa to rent for our family. We grilled, used the yard and patio, slept on comfortable beds, biked to Mass and often the grocery store. We walked to the beach. Close enough to all that we needed.

Riesige, voll ausgestattete Wohnung, nur zwei Wohnungen im Haus/Anlage. Großer, parkähnlicher Garten und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand. Schöne Lage in ruhigem und gewachsenem (Ferien-)Wohnviertel.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Villa hat ein gutes Platzangebot. Der große eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für Kinder und Hund. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Im Oktober hat man das Meer praktisch für sich alleine. Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat die besten Tage schon hinter sich, ist aber für den Preis vollkommen OK. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
