Nice house surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Sound from the highway interferes

The house is not located in SanVito Chietino as the HomeAway website shows but 4-5 km from there, in Bardella 6 just outside Sant Apollinaire. The property is located near the highway so there is always a noise from there. Otherwise, the situation is very good and the house is in good condition. It is 3km to the beach. Antonello is always accommodating and helpful

Den Vermieter haben wir nie gesehen. Die gesamte Kommunikation lief über seinen Vater, der nicht immer auf dem Laufenden war. Das Haus liegt im Dorf, 10 Minuten von San Vito Chietino entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man zum Duschen, Essen oder Entspannen auf der Terrasse braucht. Leider gibt es kein WLAN, und der Eigentümer des Hauses hat dies sehr geschickt in die Beschreibung der Anzeige geschrieben, sodass es nicht sofort klar ist.Der größte Nachteil, der alle positiven Aspekte überwiegt, ist, dass das Haus nur ein Schlafzimmer hat, statt der angegebenen zwei Zimmer. Was als zweites Schlafzimmer angegeben ist, ist nur ein offener Platz unter der Decke dass üner einer Wendeltreppe ereichbar ist.Unser 160 cm großes Kind musste in gebückter fast krabbelnder haltung laufen um ins Bett gehen zu können.Das Einzelzimmer ist nicht isoliert. Zwischen den Wänden unter der Decke befindet sich ein spalt. Das bedeutet, dass Sie keinen persönlichen Raum haben. Sie können alles hören, was im Zimmer und außerhalb passiert.

Nous revenons d'une semaine excellente dans cette maison. Elle est conforme à la description et aux photos. Nos deux chiens ont apprécié le grand terrain parfaitement cloturé,et la possibilité de faire un peu de bruit sans gener personne. il y a beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours. Si nous devions revenir dans la région,c'est là que nous reviendrions
