The 250 square meter house is located on a 2.5ha fenced plot and is only seven kilometers from the Adriatic and thirty kilometers from the Ionian Sea. You have only one kilometer to San Vito dei Normanni, a small town with historic center and many shops. Absolutely quiet, with no direct neighbors. The living room is 60sqm and the adjoining fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people 40sqm in size. The three bedrooms are located in a slightly separate sleeping area of the house. Next to the house is the large 10mx4m swimming pool. The large front terrace offers comfortable dining space for eight people. The only staircase leads to the roof terrace, from where you have a wonderful view of the olive trees and even a piece of sea can be seen.
There is only one bedroom air conditioning. There are two bicycles available.
The house is located in the middle of the 2.5ha property, you can let your dogs run free and you have no neighbors.
