Cala Mancina is a beautiful villa with private swimming pool situated near San Vito Lo Capo, a very popular tourist resort in the west of Sicily.
The villa boasts a well-tended, lush garden, a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace and spacious, well-equipped terraces (bbq and dining area), which are the perfect spots for breakfasts or dining al fresco. Consisting of a main house and an annexe, this property features cosy, well-proportioned interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind, equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, oven and microwave.
The main house includes a living room with ornamental fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The close annexe houses the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Situated just a few hundred metres from San Vito Lo Capo’s beach and centre, Cala Mancina is also an excellent base for exploring the charming surrounding area. Nearby can be visited: the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the medieval village of Erice, Trapani’s historical centre, the imposing temple of Segesta and the Egadi islands.
